Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance professional. The candidate will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic financial guidance, and ensure the company\’s financial health and sustainability. This role demands a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to enhance financial performance within a manufacturing environment.
- Financial Strategy and Planning :
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company\’s growth and profitability objectives. Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections. Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee cash flow, capital allocation, and investment strategies.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency, credit, and operational risks. Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Cross-Functional Support and Process Improvement :
Collaborate with other departments to support overall company objectives. Drive the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication :
Act as the primary contact for external stakeholders such as auditors and banks. Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to the board and parent company. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support financial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing industry highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and SAP.
- Fluent in English and German.
