Senior Consultant to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing initiatives for several change requests, not one big project at the moment.

Fluent in English.

Key Skills & Experience

• Senior-level expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys)
• Microsoft certification in D365 Sales & Marketing is required
• Hands-on experience with:
• Real Time-Marketing
• Quotation and offer creation; Lead to Opportunity-Process
• User permissions and access control
• Ability to create concise solution concepts and documentation
• Strong hands-on mentality, including active participation in testing activities
• Background or mindset as an operational Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style

Engagement Details

• Estimated workload: 2 PD per week
• Initial contract duration: 2-3 months
• Extension option: Possible future project based works
