Join our team as an ERP Specialist Key Responsibilities Own ERP processes and master‑data governance: define policies, ensure compliance with FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, and internal standards. Support ERP roll‑out projects in our subsidiaries. Act as ERP expert: configure workflows, resolve issues, implement improvements, and audit data accuracy. Manage master‑data lifecycle across ERP/CRM (suppliers, customers, materials): creation, updates, validation, and system transfers. Optimize cross‑functional workflows (manufacturing, finance, logistics, sales) for efficiency and traceability. Ensure accurate data flow between functions and systems; collaborate with sourcing, regulatory, quality, and finance. Serve as central contact for ERP and master‑data topics; provide KPIs and actionable insights to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Business Central is a plus). Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, MDR) is desired. Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally in global, complex data environments. Very good command of English (spoken and written); German proficiency is an advantage.
