Senior IAM Engineer As a Senior IAM Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering cutting‑edge cybersecurity solutions to a diverse customer base across a wide range of industries.
You will work closely with our team to design, implement and manage robust identity and access management (IAM) systems.
Your Responsibilities Will Include Drive the successful implementation and management of identity and access management solutions: Requirement analysis using structured methodology Solution and architecture design Implementation of solutions and products Offer technical advice and support to clients throughout the entire IAM lifecycle.
Design, implement, and integrate IAM solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Take ownership of IAM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Conduct market research and evaluate emerging IAM technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Participate in presales activities, such as product demonstrations and technical feasibility assessments.

About Your Profile At least 3 years of hands‑on experience implementing IAM solutions using leading vendors like Sail Point, One Identity, Saviynt, Mid Point, or similar technologies.
Experience and knowledge with Sail Point Identity IQ (IIQ) is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of IAM technologies and concepts, including SAML, OAuth, Open ID, AD, ADFS, Kerberos, and NTLM.
Knowledge of information security principles and methods, with relevant certifications a plus.
Experience with object‑oriented programming languages such as C# or Java.
Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain focus in demanding situations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
A strong sense of dedication and drive to deliver high‑quality results.
Fluency in English AND proficiency in French OR German.
