- Manageateam with engineering and engineering services discipline
- Execute gas supplysystems(bulk, purifier & analyticsforall gases to besupplied)
- Support Sales &Business Developmentto achievegrowth plan
- Concept and detail engineering, costcalculationandexecution of bulk gases projects (EPC)
- Manage preventive, planned and corrective maintenance (includingcosts) of liquid bulk, analytic & purifier systems
- ManageService Level Agreement (SLA) withLinde GasProduktionsgesellschaft (LiGaPro)forall onsite supply sites ofLinde Electronics (CAPEX, OPEX)
- Fulfill operator responsibilities set by local authorities
- Drive CAPEX/ OPEX/ Operatingworking capital (OWC) and overall cost discipline withindepartmentsscope
- Monitor and recognize market changes and trends in Engineering to keep the delivered engineering / equipment at top-notch
What makes you great
- Degreeinprocess/chemical/mechanical engineering discipline
- 8+yr experience inindustrial gases business, with several years of proven leadership
- You have experience working in complex matrix organisations across countries and regions, combined with a strong commercial mindset.
- You canmanagedaily engineering tasksin a high demanding customer segment whiledeveloping high performing teams
- Extensive knowledge indesign engineering andproject managementfor bulk installations
- Experience with gaspurification systems and gas analytics
- Experience inoperation and maintenance of liquid bulk, purifier and gas analytic systems
- You have aproventrack recordin EPC-Projects design and execution forBulk Gas installations
- Youdemonstrategood presentation and communicationskills bring excellent intercultural and interdisciplinary skills. Thisenables you to clearlycommunicate with internal and external stakeholders as well ascustomer’soperationalsenior management.
- Strategic thinking:set up and execute strategies for engineering and operation scope tocontribute to overall organizational targets (productivity, safety,operational excellence)
- Englishadvanced (C1), German business proficient (C2)
