Our store in Hamburg Spitalerstraße is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (m/f/x) full time.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer satisfaction & feedback
• Staff productivity & engagement
• Stock availability & replenishment efficiency
• Compliance with operational routines
• Turnover vs. targets
• Development of the category
• Control of retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and number of services
• Inventory on schedule
• Sickness quote & employee turnover
• Short services in all departments
• Support for beauty classes
• Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications
• Assortment and merchandise maintenance
• Ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale
• Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
• Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
• Support with the conversion and construction of merchandising updates
• Carrying out inventories
• Operating cash register
• Additional tasks related to the daily business

Experience & Technical Skills

• Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy sector
• First experience in retail and in advising and dealing with customers
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends
• Fluent in English or native language of the country
