We're now seeking a Senior Consultant (full time, Contract of employment only) to join our team in Cologne, Germany. Partial Remote work is also a possibility.

Responsibilities / This is what awaits you:

You are responsible for stakeholder and expectation management
-
You take care of requirements gathering and backlog maintenance
-
You lead Scrum meetings, such as plannings, dailys, reviews and retros
-
You organize workshops and agile coaching and carry them out independently
-
Depending on the project context, you will actively support the project as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner
What We Expect from You?
-
You have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree
-
You have already gained at least three years of professional experience in agile software development
-
You have very good knowledge of the application of agile process models in software development projects (e.g. SCRUM, KANBAN)
-
You are open to project-related trips
-
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
