A Payroll Specialist, 100%
Our Payroll department is evolving rapidly and we wish to welcome a curious, committed person eager to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our practices.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage independently a portfolio of employees and ensure the complete processing of monthly and hourly salaries, as well as monthly and annual declarations to social insurances and tax authorities. - Process payroll operations related to accident, illness, maternity cases and coordinate with the relevant insurances. - Handle files related to family allowances and withholding tax. - Prepare salary certificates, various attestations (unemployment, receipts, etc.) and other administrative documents related to salary. - Advise and support employees as well as nursery managers on all salary-related questions. - Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Payroll processes and be a driving force in the evolution of the department’s practices.
Your profile:
- You hold a HR assistant certificate or have an equivalent qualification (training in human resources or payroll is an advantage). - You have 3 to 5 years’ experience in full payroll management. - You are capable of managing several personnel regulations and collective agreements simultaneously, while respecting deadlines. - You are proficient with MS Office tools, especially Excel, and have experience with payroll management software (knowledge of Abacus is an advantage). - You have an excellent command of French (C2 level or native speaker). Knowledge of German (B2 level) is an asset. - You are recognised for your rigour, organisational skills, autonomy and initiative. You enjoy teamwork while managing your priorities effectively.
