Overview
In this role you will drive new SaaS license revenue by building strategic territory plans and identifying opportunities within the Genossenschaftsbanken market. You will engage C-suite stakeholders, align to IT roadmaps, and orchestrate a cross-functional team to close deals. You’ll leverage AI-inspired capabilities to improve processes and decision-making, while maintaining a customer-focused mindset. This is a chance to shape enterprise software adoption in financial services and partner with a wide internal network to deliver value.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales
- Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and lead a broad virtual team to execute an account strategy
- Act as trusted advisor to customers and align ServiceNow solutions with their IT roadmap
- Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal at the appropriate time
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years of software or solutions sales experience
- Experience in Financial Services, ideally with Genossenschaftsbanken Territory (R+V Banken, Sparda Banken, DZ Bank)
- Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
- Experience generating new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-level relationships
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
- Ability to understand the bigger IT picture and company plans
- Commitment to a customer-success, team-oriented mindset
