Your mission
Reporting to management, you oversee the entire HR function with an approach that is operational, structuring and strategic.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all personnel administration: contracts, permits, social insurance, family allowances, employee files. - Ensuring the preparation and full processing of payroll, including all social and tax declarations, and issuing salary certificates. - Monitoring absences, accidents and special situations, in compliance with Swiss labour law, legal obligations and workplace safety. - Supporting managers in planning and monitoring technical teams. - Managing recruitment, integration, skills development and exit procedures. - Identifying training needs and organising suitable programmes for technical and administrative staff. - Understanding the specific challenges of technical personnel in the HVAC field in order to propose concrete, useful and field-adapted HR solutions. - Updating, structuring and maintaining internal regulations, HR policies and processes, ensuring their compliance with Swiss legislation. - Actively contributing to the company’s digital transformation, notably through the use and improvement of HR processes in an ERP such as Odoo. - Participating in the company’s internal dynamics, notably through organising events, HR actions and projects related to corporate culture.
Profile sought
- Federal HR diploma or equivalent training. - At least 10 years’ experience in human resources, ideally in a technical, industrial SME. - Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law, social insurance, payroll and workplace safety. - Good understanding of operational environments and field realities. - Ability to work on both very concrete daily matters and more structuring HR projects. - Comfortable with digital tools and ERPs; experience with Odoo would be an asset. - Ability to advise management and managers with accuracy, pragmatism and a sense of responsibility.
Your qualities
- Calm and rational, even in sensitive or complex situations. - Self-confidence, with a clear, stable and constructive attitude. - Excellent communication skills, with an ability to engage with a wide variety of interlocutors. - Emotional intelligence, listening skills and ability to unite around HR projects. - Organisation, rigour and reliability in following up on files. - Proactivity and an overall vision to anticipate the company’s needs and propose concrete solutions.
What we offer
- A comprehensive, strategic and field-oriented HR role in a company transitioning from craft to industry. - A central role in a family SME undergoing digital and organisational transformation. - The opportunity to manage the entire HR function, from personnel administration to HR strategy. - A stimulating environment where your decisions will have a direct impact on performance, organisation and corporate culture. - Attractive conditions and a working environment where commitment, quality and responsibility are recognised. - The opportunity to contribute to the development of a company gradually evolving from a craft model to a more structured and industrial organisation.
Diversity and equality
As part of our commitment to promoting diversity and equal opportunities within our teams, female applications are particularly encouraged. Equal skills will be given special consideration.
