- In your projects, you contribute to the business success of our customers with fire and know-how – every day anew. You draw on a wide range of experience and best practices to find tailor-made solutions.
- You analyze customer requirements and identify potential for improvement. You help to optimally implement mutual reconciliations between processes and are fearlessly committed to agile, lean and reliable IT.
- You develop and optimize business processes, contribute your ideas and coach the teams and individual employees throughout the transformation.

- You have completed IT training or a relevant degree.
- You have a passion for and enjoy IT management topics. You know what you want, speak your mind honestly and have a real desire to make a difference. You recognize any resistance with confidence and have the sensitivity to turn it into commitment.
- You have project experience (> 4 years) in which you have created best practice concepts and successfully implemented them in service organizations.
- Ideally, you have ITIL, Scrum or other certificates that deal with business processes or project management.
- Very good German and English skills as well as willingness to travel – because you advise international teams and organizations throughout Germany.
