On behalf of one of our clients, a recognised player in the world of high jewellery and as part of the development of its activities, we are looking for:
a Project Manager
Position :
- Activity rate 100% - Contract type: Permanent - Start date: ideally 15 August 2026 or to be agreed - Workplace: Geneva
Your role :
Within a small-scale structure of fewer than 10 employees, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring high jewellery projects. You will act as the interface between internal teams, partners, workshops and suppliers to ensure the smooth progress of projects at every stage of their realisation. The main responsibilities related to this position include:
- Managing high jewellery projects in their entirety, ensuring coordination of internal teams and external partners from launch to delivery. - Managing the supply and monitoring of precious stones, ensuring their availability, traceability, as well as rigorous management of stocks and internal flows. - Coordinating partners, subcontractors and workshops, and monitoring manufacturing projects until the completion of creations. - Ensuring the monitoring, allocation and assignment of costs to the different projects. - Guaranteeing the reliability and monitoring of all project data, stocks, flows and costs in the ERP system.
Profile sought :
- You have at least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, ideally within a high jewellery, jewellery, watchmaking environment or a demanding production industry. - You hold a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certification. - Proficiency in English (minimum level C1). - Excellent presentation. - Comfortable with ERP software.
