As a Real Estate – Business Development – Working Student, you will work daily with a strong team of business developers. With excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and boundless motivation for colleagues and services, you will play a key role in our success.

Aufgaben

Wir sind ein Unternehmen, welches verschiedene Büroeinheiten und Gebäude verwaltet und pflegt.

Deine Tätigkeiten werden sein:

• kleine Reparaturen

• Möbelzusammenbau- meist mit 2. Person wenn erforderlich

• kleine Installationen wie Waschtischarmaturen

• Lampen an der Decke anbringen

• Fensterabdeckungen für mobile Klimaanlagen anbringen

etc.

We are a company that manages and maintains various office units and buildings.

Your tasks will include:

• Minor repairs (including basic electrical and sanitairy work)

• Assembling furniture—usually with a second person if necessary

• Minor installations such as washbasin fittings

• Fitting ceiling lights

• Fitting window covers for mobile air conditioning units

• etc.

Qualifikation

Die Tätigkeiten sind sehr vielfältig und Du stehst in ständiger Absprache mit unserer Architektin für Fragen, Beratung und Austausch.
