Your mission:
As an IT Support Specialist (m/f/x), placed in Offenburg, you are a key player in ensuring seamless IT operations, directly impacting productivity and efficiency across the organization. By troubleshooting issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and optimizing system performance, you enable employees to work without disruptions.
Here\’s how you\’ll make an impact:
- You serve as the primary point of contact for users (onsite and remote) regarding technical issues and inquiries for both hardware and software.
- You troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, including laptop errors, network problems, account setup errors, and SSO issues.
- You document resolution methods and ensure that the incident and problem database is always up to date.
- You manage and replace meeting room and network equipment, including rack installations and cable management.
- You perform onboarding and offboarding tasks in accordance with established procedures and Service Level Objectives.
Your Qualifications / To excel in this role, you should possess:
- You have a degree in IT or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
- You have hands-on experience with MS Azure AD, Microsoft O365 Admin Center, Google G-Suite/Workspace, Microsoft Intune, and Jira.
- You have basic knowledge or experience in network configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., Unify).
- You have excellent communication skills (English is a must, German is a plus) and thrive in a team environment. Your service-oriented mindset sets you apart.
- You take a proactive approach, have problem-solving abilities, and can work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
