Our Customer Operations team ensures the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our ecommerce clients. With extensive know-how in logistics supply chain management and ecommerce we ensure smooth and efficient daily logistics operations. We understand the unique operational challenges of our customers and continuously strive for innovations and improvements.
The essence of your role
- Continuous monitoring of KPIs and ensuring compliance with customer-specific SLAs in your customer portfolio.
- Proactively identifying and organizing the resolution of issues in existing logistical solutions in collaboration with internal departments and our customers.
- Close coordination with key account management and other internal departments to optimize logistics and transport processes for our customers.
- Communicating with the operational contacts of our customers in German and English to build a long-term and trusting collaboration.
- Preparing and independently discussing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint with our customers.
This is what you need to succeed
- Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP), transportation, or warehouse management in an ecommerce environment.
- Experience in B2B customer communication and customer service.
- Data-driven work approach and a strong service orientation.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above).
