- What You'll Be Responsible For
- Travel: Occasional site visits across the Midlands (full UK driving licence required)
- Developing, managing and reporting robust, integrated project and programme schedules
- Embedding and championing SDO planning policies, standards and best practice
- Proactively identifying, analysing and escalating Schedule risks, performance variances and change impacts
- Monitor and audit supplier schedules for compliance with Severn Trent procedures, collaborating with suppliers to maintain and promote schedule quality
- Work closely with delivery, commercial, and design teams throughout the full project lifecycle to ensure alignment, effective coordination, and successful outcomes.
We're looking for an Enthusiastic and motivated Programme Planner to join our Strategic Delivery Office (SDO).
- Location: Raynesway (Derby), Shelton (Shrewsbury) hybrid working 3 days in Office and 2days WFH), Proven experience planning projects or programmes in a complex delivery environment
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 / Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Project
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools to communicate clearly and professionally
- Awareness of NEC clauses relevant to schedule submissions, including Compensation Events
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people
- A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the confidence to make sound judgements in uncertain situations
- Confidence in translating technical planning information into clear, meaningful insights for non-planning stakeholders at all level
- A genuine passion for planning as a discipline and for continuous improvement
- Hold a full U.
