SF Recruitment is a fast-growing specialist recruitment business, focussed on Finance & Accountancy, Technology, Engineering and Executive level recruitment. We have experienced strong growth over recent years, doubling in size since 2020 to achieve annual revenues of €30 million. We have expanded from a regional business headquartered in Birmingham UK, to now being a national player, with offices across the UK including London. Our next step is international expansion starting with Germany.

To support this expansion, we are looking for a bilingual German and English speaking consultant to join us in Frankfurt, where our CEO is based.

The Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our CEO and COO to launch and build a new business in Germany, focussed initially on senior Finance & Accountancy recruitment (across all client sectors). Our established business in the UK has a client base of over 1000 repeat customers, with approximately 25% also operating in Germany. You will be responsible for winning business both from the German branches of our existing client base and new clients, and for the end to end delivery of the recruitment process.

The scope for personal and career development in this role is huge and will suit an individual who is excited to play a key role in the development of a new business unit, by leading from the front as a successful biller.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a 360 consultant ideally in Finance & Accountancy
• Comfortable working in a professional setting in both German and English
• Confident business developer who can engage with mid to senior level finance professionals
• Good communicator who quickly establishes rapport and credibility
• Enjoys working in a high-performance sales environment with personal targets
• Team player who can work with others to proactively identify opportunities for growth
• Ambitious individual with desire to grow and develop
• Can operate effectively in a fast-paced, high performance culture
• Personable, engaging and agreeable style
• Able to travel for business within Germany where required
