How you will create an impact 📈 :

• Management and execution of the entire audit process, from preparation to execution and follow‑up
• You will lead the harmonization and improvement of internal supplier development processes, guidelines and KPIs, as well as material specifications at all SGB‑SMIT locations
• Collaborate with global category managers to identify critical, strategic and potential suppliers
• Improve their capabilities and competitiveness in the areas of cost, quality, lead time and technology
• Support the internal organisation in supplier and material release processes

What are we looking for 🔎 :

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in supplier development, preferably in the transformer industry
• ISO auditor certification, ideally according to ISO 9001, 14001 Environment, 45001 Safety
• Exceptional skills in the areas of analytics, project and process management
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
