How you will create an impact:

Manage global insurance contracts, including invoice verification, tracking of contractual obligations and presentation of risk data for annual renewal
Claims management in close cooperation with our insurance broker and internal departments
Advising internal departments on insurance-related matters to ensure that all departments are well informed
Reviewing insurance-related requirements for customer orders to ensure that all risks are adequately covered
General documentation and correspondence between internal departments and our insurance broker, insurers and surveyors to ensure a smooth flow of information

What are we looking for:

Successfully completed training as a business economist or ideally as a specialist in insurance and finance or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in the field of corporate insurance in an industrial or commercial environment is desirable
Confident handling of MS Office and good SAP knowledge is an advantage
Strong self-organized and communicative way of working coupled with a high level of quality awareness
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of German at least B2 level
