August 2026 Contract duration: 6 months+ We are seeking a PMO resource to support a
large-scale international transformation program
in a complex, multi-country environment. The program includes major strategic initiatives such as: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation HR Workday implementation PLM-related workstreams The role will ensure structured execution, coordination, and governance across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Support program governance and reporting Coordinate stakeholders and workstreams Track milestones, risks, and deliverables Maintain documentation and project structure Support Agile processes and ceremonies Required Background
3–5 years’ experience in Project Management / PMO roles Strong organisational and structuring skills Agile knowledge (Scrum / SAFe); Scrum Master experience is a plus Skilled with Azure DevOps or Jira, SharePoint, MS Office (Power BI nice to have) Experience in large, complex transformation programs is a strong advantage Languages: English and French mandatory We believe in equal opportunity for all and actively encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
