The consultant will support short, high-impact customer engagements to help organizations establish secure, compliant and well-governed AI foundations. The role involves assessing current AI readiness, identifying security and compliance gaps, and advising technical and management stakeholders on how to enable AI securely at scale. The focus is on bridging security architecture, compliance, data governance and responsible AI, with particular emphasis on the secure adoption of Microsoft Copilot and related AI technologies. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead customer workshops to assess AI readiness from identity, data protection and compliance perspectives. /liliDefine AI governance frameworks covering policies, access management, data protection and risk management. /liliTranslate Microsoft security and compliance capabilities into actionable recommendations, including Entra ID, Purview, Defender, Microsoft 365 and Azure AI. /liliAdvise on the secure enablement of generative AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. /liliDesign pragmatic approaches to data boundary enforcement, information labeling, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and prompt-safety controls. /liliReview identity and access management for AI workloads, including MFA, Conditional Access, privileged identity management and just-in-time access. /liliRecommend monitoring, auditing and incident-response strategies to address AI misuse and potential data leakage. /liliPresent findings, recommendations and next steps to IT management, clearly communicating business implications and compliance considerations. /liliSupport the secure adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered solutions, including agent-based AI capabilities. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulli10 years of overall professional experience, with relevant experience in cloud security, compliance or architecture. /liliProven experience advising enterprise customers on the secure adoption of Microsoft 365 and AI workloads, including Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. /liliStrong hands-on knowledge of security, governance and administration across: Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 Administration. /liliWorking knowledge of: Microsoft Entra ID, Defender for Cloud Apps, Azure Policy. /liliStrong expertise in Microsoft Copilot security and governance. /liliUnderstanding of responsible AI principles, Privacy by Design and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, ISO standards and NIST. /liliAbility to lead outcome-driven consulting engagements and communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security and governance concepts clearly. /liliProficiency in Spanish is mandatory. /li /ulh3Preferred Experience /h3ulliPrevious consulting or customer-facing experience within a major Microsoft partner. /liliFamiliarity with AI governance frameworks, model risk management and data-driven decision-making. /liliWorking knowledge of Azure AI, AI Foundry and Microsoft Fabric security and compliance configurations. /liliExperience developing RACI models, acceptable-use policies and risk registers for AI or cloud platforms. /liliExposure to FinOps and cost optimization across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. /liliExperience with AI adoption and AI agents. /li /ulh3Required Certifications /h3ulliMicrosoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100) /liliMicrosoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator (SC-401) /liliMicrosoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) /li /ulh3Additional Advantage /h3ulliMicrosoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), or equivalent experience. /li /ulpBy applying for this role, you consent to SGI contacting you by telephone regarding recruitment services, market updates, and relevant business opportunities. /ppWe believe in equal opportunity for all and actively encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. /ppSource Group International Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy* /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
