Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Intranet and Internet site in German and English.
- Perform autonomous research and write articles for internal communication and the German Group Newsletter.
- Support the creation of presentations and other marketing material.
- Prepare social media posts in close coordination with the respective teams.
- Act as a contact and coordination point for branding and marketing issues.
- Support and/or organize internal and external events.
- Handle administrative tasks: reports for compliance, dashboards, maintenance of distribution lists, event tracking, etc. using the respective tools.
- Research different topics to support projects within media relations, branding, corporate communication, and PR activities.
- Handle translations with the help of AI.
- Support the definition of prompts for communication activities.
Administrative requirement
Must provide a formal proof of M2 diploma validation before the assignment start date; grade sheets are not accepted.
Profile required
Studies & experience
Graduate with a Master degree from a Business School or university with a specialization in finance, communication, or journalism.
Language skills
Fluent in English (B2‑C1). Fluent in German.
Technical, operational & soft skills
Strong command of MS Office; exceptional communication skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations with diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality; ability to think creatively and propose improvements to existing processes and tools; strong communication skills in a fast‑paced, international environment; highly motivated, curious, consistent and able to work on own initiative.
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Frankfurt‑am‑Main will begin as soon as possible, with a planned start date approximately three months after the application date.
It will last 12 months.
The contract is governed by Business France’s eligibility criteria and is open to candidates under 28 from the member states of the European Economic Space.
