Head of QA (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

1. You take on the disciplinary and technical leadership of our QA department and act as a mentor to foster, develop, and motivate employees.
2. You are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving quality assurance while keeping an eye on new trends. To achieve this, you standardize and enhance both internal and cross-departmental quality assurance processes by applying industry-standard best practices, tools, and technologies.
3. Together with your team, you ensure product quality throughout the entire SDLC. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the entire quality assurance process.
4. You act as the primary contact for planning cross-team projects and establish and lead corresponding test strategies and plans in collaboration with Product and Tech to ensure project success.
5. Your responsibilities include defining and monitoring quality objectives as well as determining key performance indicators to evaluate both the QA department’s performance and product quality.
6. With your data-driven mindset, you assess the current quality of cross-functional team features by analyzing data and collaborating with our data team.
