As Head of UX, you will lead a team of 9 professionals to drive a user-centric culture across Visable. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will deliver seamless and engaging experiences for the B2B audience, supported by your product leadership colleagues.
Shape the future of B2B with us
- Define and execute the vision and strategy of design and user research in alignment with company goals.
- Build and refine a user-first mindset across Product, Tech, and Business.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to drive cross-functional success.
Team Management & Growth:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire 7 designers and 2 user researchers to deliver outstanding work.
- Grow the team’s capabilities through coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Foster a collaborative team culture with processes that drive high performance and user-centric, data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure design consistency and scalability across our platforms using Figma and our extensive design system.
- Evangelise user insights, building on our insights repository with further qualitative and quantitative research.
- Further improve our design-to-development workflow to ensure a great end-user experience, in collaboration with your engineering colleagues.

Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in digital product development.
- Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling design teams.
- Experience with Figma at scale and design systems for larger teams.
- Expertise in User Research methodologies and insights management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels.
- Fluent English (our working language).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Germany (Berlin/Hamburg) or France (Paris).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in B2B marketplaces or SaaS platforms.
- Expertise in conversion optimisation and data-informed design.
- Basic proficiency in German or French.
