Job Responsibilities
Oversee routine warehouse operations including goods receipt, dispatch, inventory counting, stocking, and shipping;
Monitor timely order fulfillment rates across all time slots and promptly address unexpected incidents;
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization;
Operate warehouse management systems;
Handle daily warehouse tasks and complete other duties assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
Experience: Associate degree or higher, minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience; candidates with extensive warehouse operations experience may be considered;
Education: Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities; essential requirement (English or German - fluent);
Work Ethic: Highly responsible, resilient under pressure, meticulous and detail-oriented;
Must possess valid German work authorization; German driver's license preferred.
