Responsibilities & Tasks

• Manage your business operations with flexible hours and location.
• Generate leads via social media (training provided).
• Conduct interviews and manage contacts (training and scripts provided).
• Support and coach new business owners.
• Create placements on platforms like Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google.
• Participate in weekly training via Zoom.
• Engage with personal development materials.
• Attend training calls for personal growth.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Good communication skills.
• Passion for growth and lifelong learning.
• Motivated, solution-oriented, reliable, organized.
• Creative with a can-do attitude.
