Senior/Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships, understanding their business needs and hiring requirements.
• Source and assess top talent via networking, job boards, and referrals.
• Present compelling candidate profiles aligned with client needs.
• Provide expert market insights, salary guidance, and interview coaching.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and facilitate smooth decision-making.
• Negotiate offers and employment terms on behalf of clients and candidates.
• Conduct post-placement follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance recruitment strategies and client solutions.

Key Requirements

• Experience in recruitment (either as agency recruiter or in-house recruiter).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, industry trends, and employment laws.
• Resilient, adaptable, and a team player with a customer-first mindset.
