Overview
As Affiliate & Partner Manager CE & EE, you will lead and optimize affiliate and partner marketing to drive acquisition, revenue, and efficiency across Central and Eastern Europe. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align activity with regional campaigns and growth goals. You’ll build and manage high-performing partners, refine incentive models, and monitor performance to continuously improve ROI. This role places you at the center of SharkNinja’s AI-forward culture, shaping how partners contribute to expansion in the CE & EE region.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing affiliate partners aligned with brand and business objectives
- Develop data-led affiliate strategies to maximise traffic, acquisition, revenue, and ROI across CE & EE
- Build relationships with publishers, content creators, agencies, and networks to optimise performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure affiliate activity aligns with calendars and sales goals
- Oversee promotional planning, offers, seasonal activations, product launches, and partner incentives
- Optimise commission structures and investment strategies to improve partner performance and retention
- Monitor campaign and channel performance using analytics tools to drive improvement
- Provide regular reporting and insights to local, regional, and global stakeholders
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for affiliate activity
- Partner with media and digital teams to align affiliate activity with broader performance initiatives
- Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends in the CE & EE region and drive innovation
- Champion best practices and enable scalability across markets
Zentrale Anforderungen
- At least 3 years in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce
- Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, publisher models, attribution, and partnerships
- Experience managing affiliate programmes across multiple European markets (CE & EE preferred)
- Strong commercial mindset balancing growth, efficiency, profitability
- Data-driven with ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies
- Experience with affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and performance dashboards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, ambitious, curious, and willing to test and optimize
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Fluency in English and German; additional CE/EE languages advantageous
