The Tik Tok Shop Manager (Greece) will be responsible for launching, growing, and scaling Shark Ninja's Tik Tok Shop business in Greece.

This role requires a mix of e-commerce expertise, social commerce insight, and hands-on execution.

You will drive revenue growth through strategic campaign management, creator partnerships, and optimization of Tik Tok Shop operations.

You will work closely with local and regional teams to establish and accelerate Shark Ninja's presence in the Greek social commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Tik Tok Shop strategy for Greece: Set targets, roadmap, and growth plan aligned with Shark Ninja's broader D2C and e-commerce goals.
• Commercial leadership: Manage P&L for Tik Tok Shop Greece, delivering against sales and profitability targets.
• Content & creator partnerships: Build and scale relationships with Greek Tik Tok creators, agencies, and affiliates to drive product awareness and sales.
• Campaign execution: Develop, launch, and optimize Tik Tok campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Promotions & pricing: Strategically plan couponing, discounting, bundles, and seasonal activations to accelerate growth.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with DTC, Social and Category Marketing, Operations, and global Tik Tok teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Data & reporting: Monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention) and deliver regular performance updates to leadership.
• Market insights: Stay on top of Tik Tok Shop trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates within Greece to keep Shark Ninja ahead of the market.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce; Tik Tok Shop and affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok's creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken). Additional European language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment, collaborating with teams based across Europe.
