Scope of Work: We need a local onsite Standard level 2 engineer to assist Infosys and ThyssenKrupp Elevator with all Network setup tasks for 6 months in the initial stage.

Install:

  1. Installation of OS (or) Applications on client devices.
  2. Installation/configuration of additional requested HW components, periphery, and software.

Move:

  1. Removal of device and accessories at workplace.
  2. Packaging of device and accessories.
  3. Moving and/or taking equipment to target location (including telephones).
  4. Handover of End user Devices to users as a part of Incident or Service Request.

Add/Change:

  1. Execution of necessary de- or installation and configuration-steps.
  2. Execution of initial operation and short functional test (for hardware).
  3. Execution of software package allocation after order intake.
  4. Labelling the Barcodes on the newly Installed Devices.
  5. Regular Maintenance of Back up Tape Library. Changing the tapes etc.
  6. New Device Installations – Rack & Stacking including, but not limited to access points.

Remove:

  1. Acceptance of order and confirmation sent out to customer.
  2. Meeting coordination with end user or IT responsible.
  3. Removal of old device and the dedicated periphery at workplace.
  4. Provision to dispose of hardware on-site and periphery according to customer guidelines. The disposal itself will be supplied by Customer.
  5. Update of asset data.
  6. Collection of damaged device and accessories at workplace.
  7. Ticket creation towards 3rd-party.
  8. Dispatch of damaged device and accessories to 3rd party for repairing.
  9. Allocation of on-pool device to user.

Incidents & SLA:

  1. Assist operations support Team in Major Incident management if any Remote Hands & feet Support required.
  2. With an advisory of Remote L2 & L3 Teams, Providing Console Access & reboot of devices and any other activities requiring H&F Support in the Data Center (or) Server room.
  3. SLA to be followed for the VIP Incidents and for any P1 & P2 Incidents.
