We are seeking a Digital Product Innovation Director / Head of Digital Product Development / Digital Solutions Director to lead the discovery, development, and growth of digital products and solutions. You will partner with business and technology leaders to turn strategic opportunities into scalable offerings and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop a digital product strategy and portfolio roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities through customer research, market analysis, and emerging technology assessment.
- Lead product discovery, concept validation, prototyping, and business case development.
- Oversee cross-functional teams delivering digital products from concept through launch and ongoing improvement.
- Prioritize investments based on customer value, feasibility, cost, and expected returns.
- Establish product development practices, governance, and performance measures.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Security, and commercial teams to deliver reliable solutions.
- Monitor adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue, and operational impact.
- Manage budgets, resources, vendors, and strategic technology partnerships.
- Build team capabilities and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Significant experience in digital product management, product development, or technology innovation, including senior leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling digital products or solutions.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, Agile delivery, user-centered design, and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to evaluate technology opportunities and develop commercially sound business cases.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex cross-functional programs.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing product portfolios, budgets, and external partners.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, data products, automation, or AI-enabled solutions is an advantage.
