Job Responsibilities Define an ambitious hunting plan for the German market aligned with SHEIN\’s strategic goals Monitor market trends and benchmark competitors to evolve the hunting plan and recommend changes in positioning, services, and pricing strategies Actively participate and organize networking events to enhance SHEIN\’s visibility Effectively recruit key brands and retailers that could provide a relevant assortment Align onboarding strategy and implement it to assure the KAM team can build a solid business on closed partnerships (f.i, price competitiveness, international coverage, among others) Job Qualifications Bachelor/master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, or marketing 5 years of business development experience at a leading e‑commerce business, software company, or services firm Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills Strong track record of engaging multiple, international, demanding stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment Strong understanding of the German local marketplace landscape Proficiency in Office, particularly in Excel Fluency in German and English. This gives extra points Consumer goods background, ideally in the beauty category. Complete technical, commercial, and operations background. Chinese knowledge would be a plus.
