We are currently seeking an experienced Data Analysis Manager (Logistics) to join our team in Germany. As Data Analysis Manager (Logistics) you will be responsible for providing data analysis support for the Head of Fulfillment and other departments. Join us now and be part of a dynamic team, making a significant impact in our organisation’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing the administrative management system for logistics and warehousing in the European region and outputting management standards, as well as implementing the group culture in Europe;
  • Responsible for providing logistical support to employees in the logistics and warehousing park, including cafeteria, dormitory, environment, employee welfare, and comprehensive affairs;
  • In the process of implementing administrative management standards and requirements in various regional administrative teams, continuously discovering opportunities for improvement and promoting the optimization and iteration of the administrative management standard system;
  • Assist the cultural department of the group headquarters in implementing cultural systems locally in Europe, and enhance the cohesion of local teams in Europe through peak season cultural activities;
  • Responsible for saving unnecessary resource consumption and controlling administrative expenses, achieving the regional goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the administrative dimension;
  • Responsible for continuously optimizing, improving, and enhancing the administrative service experience and quality of warehouse employees;
  • By recruiting and cultivating personnel, effectively building a talent pool for the department.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in overall administrative management. Candidates with experience in coordinating the construction of logistics facilities in large logistics parks or labor-intensive enterprises are preferred;
  • Familiar with administrative workflow, strong practical experience in administrative affairs management, and certain experience in administrative management system and institutional construction;
  • Having excellent organizational coordination and communication skills, excellent service awareness, and good ability to handle emergencies;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
