Location

München – open door to serve the greater region of Augsburg, Nürnberg and Munich.

Responsibilities

• After a sufficient induction, install our systems autonomously at customer sites.
• Train customers in operation of the systems and the accompanying software.
• Perform repairs, maintenance and qualification of the systems at customer sites.
• Self‑manage consumables and spare parts needed for upcoming work.
• Document own tasks and used material reliably in SAP R/3.
• Continuously learn technical news, read all technical updates and attend the offered trainings of the own product lines.

Qualifications

• Engineering‑scientific degree or comparable technical training.
• Fundamental knowledge in chemistry or physics combined with basic electrical engineering knowledge – or vice versa.
• Existing service or field service experience is very advantageous but not a prerequisite.
• Solution‑oriented, self‑stand‑alone and responsible work attitude.
• High service understanding, souveran and excellent communication in German and English.
• Good MS‑Office skills.
• Class B driving licence and willingness to travel up to 80 %.
