HR Generalist & Administration

Job Description

• Manage full-cycle HR operations for the Stuttgart office, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and offboarding.
• Partner with regional and HQ HR teams to align local HR policies with global standards and ensure compliance with German labour laws and regulations.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Coordinate payroll processing with external providers and ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote company culture within the region.
• Manage office administration, facilities, vendor management, and procurement for the Stuttgart office.
• Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights to management.
• Support expatriate and international employee assignments, including visa and work permit coordination.
• Manage administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and office supplies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of German labour laws, employment regulations, and social security systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
