Job Description

• Drive business development for SHINING 3D's 3D printing and digital workflow solutions (Scan, Design & Print) across the DACH region and broader European market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in additive manufacturing, industrial 3D printing, and digital design workflows.
• Build strategic partnerships with 3D printing service bureaus, resellers, and technology partners to expand market reach.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for 3D printing solutions, including positioning, pricing, and channel development.
• Provide technical-commercial support to customers and partners, demonstrating the integrated value of SHINING 3D's scan-to-print workflow.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends in the 3D printing sector.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to define and execute the business development strategy.
• Represent SHINING 3D at trade shows, industry events, and conferences focused on additive manufacturing and 3D printing.
• Achieve business development targets and KPIs as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the 3D printing, additive manufacturing, or CAD/CAM industry.
• Strong understanding of 3D printing technologies, materials, and applications across industrial and dental sectors.
• Proven track record in developing new business and building strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and German (additional European languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel as required.
