We're looking for a motivated Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) to join our logistics team. You'll be part of a focused team dedicated to timely order fulfillment across our EMEA region for Industrial and Dental business lines. Accuracy and collaboration are essential to our success.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate shipments and carrier management to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure customs compliance and dangerous goods documentation handling
- Process and manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests
- Support exhibition material logistics and coordination
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage systems
- Manage ERP (NetSuite) entries and data accuracy
- Identify and solve logistics issues independently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and communicating with customers, carriers, and team members
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or vocational training (Ausbildung) in logistics or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics or order fulfillment
- Comfortable with customs documentation and dangerous goods regulations
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- A reliable problem-solver who works independently
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Fluent in English and German is a plus
