We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven CRM Marketing Manager to take our customer engagement, retention, and communication strategies to the next level. You will be the driving force behind delivering the right messages to new and existing users, ensuring that they receive personalized, timely, and impactful information across their journey. By closely collaborating with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, you will be key in achieving both growth and retention goals. Your Adventure Ahead

  • CRM Campaign Planning & Operations: Support the marketing team with CRM campaign operations, including the setup, testing, and optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth execution and continuous performance improvement.
  • Customer Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and retention, focusing on delivering personalized experiences that keep users coming back.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and data analytics to ensure that CRM campaigns are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use data and customer insights to constantly optimize CRM strategies and campaigns, ensuring maximum effectiveness and a measurable impact on user retention and lifetime value.

Essentials to Succeed

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Marketing Manager or CRM Manager, ideally within eCommerce, startups, or fast-growing businesses.
  • Proven Success: Track record of designing and executing high-impact CRM and marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and maximize customer lifetime value. You know how to turn data into meaningful customer experiences and measurable results.
  • Strategic Problem-Solver: Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to identifying challenges in the customer journey and implementing impactful, actionable solutions to continuously improve retention and conversion.
  • Data-Driven: Master of using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform and optimize CRM strategies. You excel in monitoring campaign performance and are committed to delivering measurable, positive outcomes.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You communicate with clarity and conviction. Whether you’re engaging with internal stakeholders or customers, your communication style fosters strong relationships and drives CRM initiatives forward.
  • Creative Visionary: You bring fresh ideas to the table, constantly seeking to innovate within CRM campaigns and customer experiences. Your creative thinking not only inspires others but also leads to tangible improvements in customer loyalty and retention.
