Technical Enablement Manager (m/f/d)

Your Role
You will be a key player in the Consulting Team, focusing on empowering and supporting both our internal teams and our customers technically. You will be equally responsible for customer support and content creation.
These are your tasks
- Customer-Facing Enablement (50%):
- Conduct onboarding processes focused on development & devOps enablement for customers, answer and resolve technical questions, and provide demonstrations to showcase new features and functionalities.
- Lead workshops and onboarding sessions to supply and review technical requirements tailored to customer needs.
- Coach customer technical teams on day‑by‑day operations on the platform.
- Proactively engage and support the Consulting team itself to enhance technical skills.
- Re‑usable Content Creation & Knowledge Management (50%):
- Develop high‑quality content such as video tutorials, code samples, and PowerPoint presentations to enable both customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to ensure that enablement materials are accurate and aligned with customer requirements and market trends.
- Manage and structure knowledge content to make it easily accessible and usable, and validate technical solutions in customer projects.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Product team and developers to discuss and refine customer requirements, ensuring that technical solutions align with current product capabilities.
- Reflect in tangible assets simple explanations for high complexity & innovative technical concepts by peering with multiple teams.
This is what you’ll bring to the table
- Technical Expertise: Several years of experience in modern software development and frameworks such as PHP, Symfony, JavaScript, and Vue.js. Strong understanding of software architecture, best practices, and programming patterns, with an analytical approach to problem‑solving.
- E-commerce Knowledge: In‑depth technical know‑how of e-commerce platforms and experience supporting SaaS and PaaS distribution channels, with specific knowledge of the Shopware platform being a plus.
- Enablement Experience: Proven experience in technical consulting, technical enablement, or similar fields, including creating training and enablement content for diverse audiences.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. A team player who is comfortable with direct customer interaction.
- Educational Background & Work Style: A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. A self‑driven and proactive work style with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

- Core development stack: PHP, Symfony, JavaScript, Vue.js
- Ecommerce expertise: Shopware platform (SaaS/PaaS distribution channels)
- Enablement tools: Video creation tools, presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides), LMS platforms, documentation systems
- Collaboration & workflow: GitHub, Confluence, Slack, Jira
- Infrastructure & DevOps exposure: Basic understanding of cloud environments and DevOps processes (advantageous for enablement)
