To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a specialist for our sterilization devices in Nordrhein-Westfalen.
- Setup, commissioning, and training of the devices on-site at the customer's location
- Performing maintenance and repairs
- Acting as a point of contact for customers regarding issues and inquiries
- Testing sterilization devices in accordance with the Betr Sich V (German Operational Safety Regulation)
- Conducting validations/qualifications/calibrations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Serving as the direct contact person for the customer
- Conducting electrical tests according to DGUV V3 (German Social Accident Insurance Regulation)
- Optimizing or adjusting devices to meet specific customer requirements
Your profile
- You have completed training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, electronics technician, or similar
- Ideally, you already have experience in field service
- You hold a Class B or Class 3 driver’s license
- You have good general PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
- You are willing to travel
