Based in Schlieren, Switzerland, you’ll make a visible impact by helping organizations get the best from Shure’s conferencing technology. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide advanced technical support for Shure Conferencing Collaboration solutions. /liliTroubleshoot product, software, networking, and system integration issues. /liliManage complex support cases and act as an escalation point. /liliSupport UC deployments across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco, and related platforms. /liliAdvise customers and partners on solution design and best practices. /liliLead proof-of-concept activities and solution validation. /liliPartner with Sales and Market Development to translate customer needs into effective solutions. /liliDeliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and training. /liliSupport consultant specifications and project opportunities. /liliEnable customers and channel partners through certification and technical guidance. /liliCreate and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and best-practice guides. /liliShare technical expertise across Customer Experience, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. /liliProvide customer and market insights to support product improvements and future development. /liliIdentify recurring technical challenges and drive corrective actions and process improvements. /liliChampion technical excellence, standardization, and customer self-service across the organization. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree or equivalent in Audio Engineering, AV Technology, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. /liliEquivalent professional experience may be considered. /liliMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, AV Integration, Unified Communications, System Design, or a related customer-facing technical role. /liliProven experience supporting enterprise customers and complex technical environments. /liliExperience within Conferencing, Collaboration, AV, UC, IT Infrastructure, or Networking preferred. /liliStrong understanding of: Conferencing and collaboration technologies, Unified Communications platforms, Network fundamentals, Audio signal flow and DSP concepts, Microphone and wireless technologies, Enterprise AV systems. /liliPreferred experience with: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Collaboration solutions, Dante and networked audio technologies, Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM platforms, SAP/Jira Ticket Systems. /liliFluency in German, English and French (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. /li /ulh3PAY TRANSPARENCY /h3pShure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Salaries vary based on qualifications, location, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary for the opportunity.
