Based in Schlieren, Switzerland, you’ll make a visible impact by helping organizations get the best from Shure’s conferencing technology. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide advanced technical support for Shure Conferencing Collaboration solutions. /li liTroubleshoot product, software, networking, and system integration issues. /li liManage complex support cases and act as an escalation point. /li liSupport UC deployments across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco, and related platforms. /li liAdvise customers and partners on solution design and best practices. /li liLead proof-of-concept activities and solution validation. /li liPartner with Sales and Market Development to translate customer needs into effective solutions. /li liDeliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and training. /li liSupport consultant specifications and project opportunities. /li liEnable customers and channel partners through certification and technical guidance. /li liCreate and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and best-practice guides. /li liShare technical expertise across Customer Experience, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. /li liProvide customer and market insights to support product improvements and future development. /li liIdentify recurring technical challenges and drive corrective actions and process improvements. /li liChampion technical excellence, standardization, and customer self-service across the organization. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree or equivalent in Audio Engineering, AV Technology, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. /li liEquivalent professional experience may be considered. /li liMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, AV Integration, Unified Communications, System Design, or a related customer-facing technical role. /li liProven experience supporting enterprise customers and complex technical environments. /li liExperience within Conferencing, Collaboration, AV, UC, IT Infrastructure, or Networking preferred. /li liStrong understanding of: Conferencing and collaboration technologies, Unified Communications platforms, Network fundamentals, Audio signal flow and DSP concepts, Microphone and wireless technologies, Enterprise AV systems. /li liPreferred experience with: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Collaboration solutions, Dante and networked audio technologies, Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM platforms, SAP/Jira Ticket Systems. /li liFluency in German, English and French (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. /li /ul pbPAY TRANSPARENCY /b /p pShure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Salaries vary based on qualifications, location, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary for the opportunity. The salary for this position ranges from CHF 81.800 gross per year to CHF 130.900 gross per year.If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we might be flexible on the seniority of posted positions.
