For our location in Aalen-Wasseralfingen, we are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Executive Assistant (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis, starting as soon as possible.

What you bring with you:

• A college degree, e.g., in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Professional experience is a plus
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension, and a high degree of initiative
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in using AI applications such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a confident demeanor
