For an international enterprise environment, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR IT / SAP HCM Solution & Integration Architect to support a global HR technology transformation and transition program.The role combines HR application architecture, integration architecture, technical governance and hands-on SAP HCM expertise.This is not a classic Payroll role and not a purely functional SAP HCM consulting position.Start: Mid-November 2026Duration: 6 months+Go-live: Planned for January / February 2027Contract: FreelanceWorkload: 100%Location: RemoteLanguage: EnglishWe are specifically looking for a technically strong SAP HCM Solution / Integration Architect.Profiles focused primarily on SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors Payroll or purely functional SAP HCM consulting without architecture and integration responsibility are not suitable for this assignment.TasksDesign and further develop the global HR application and integration architectureAct as technical lead and design authority for the implementation teamDesign and review integrations between SAP HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and other enterprise systemsWork with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs, OData, REST, SOAP and middleware technologiesDefine architecture principles, technical standards, data flows and integration governanceSupport security architecture, IAM, RBAC, segregation of duties and GDPR requirementsSupport audit findings, test cycles, technical issue resolution and go-live preparationTake over from the current consultant and support go-live, stabilization and ongoing technical ownershipRequirementsExtensive experience in HR IT, SAP HCM, Solution Architecture or Enterprise ArchitectureStrong SAP HCM background, ideally including Core HR, Personnel Administration and Organizational ManagementStrong experience in Solution Architecture and Integration ArchitectureExperience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SuccessFactorsStrong integration experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs and middlewareStrong technical understanding beyond purely functional SAP HCM consultingExperience with global / multi-country landscapes, security, IAM, roles and GDPRFluent English, strong stakeholder communication and experience leading technical teamsNice-to-havesBusiness Object RepositorySAP Shared MemoryCarve-out or transition experienceGlobal SAP transformation programsApplication OperationsPost-go-live stabilization / hypercareExperience in international corporate environmentsFind more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow #J-18808-Ljbffr
