The Release Manager & Product Manager Associate will be instrumental in driving internal developments, ensuring seamless product releases, and enhancing internal tools and processes. This role bridges technical teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring that product updates align with business goals and operational needs. As part of our mission to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering efficiency and innovation within our internal operations.

Core responsibilities as a Release Manager:

• Document and streamline release workflows to establish a framework for efficient deployment.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure readiness and quality of internal products.
• Plan, manage, and oversee release processes, minimising disruptions to internal operations.

Core responsibilities as a Product Manager Associate:

• Monitor and analyse performance metrics (KPIs) post-implementation to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Support internal teams in adopting and leveraging new tools or process enhancements effectively.

Your profile

Qualifications:

• Experience coordinating deployment cycles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Expertise in managing software releases in agile environments.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions using KPIs.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English (fluent) and German (B2 minimum).
• A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for taking on new challenges and exploring diverse projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Food Tech or SaaS products.
• Experience with tools like Jira & Confluence.
• Background in B2B or B2C industries, ideally in hospitality or delivery-focused sectors.
