Requirements:

Mission:

• You are the first contact person for all our employees, managers, and international HR colleagues for all topics along the employee life-cycle, apart from recruiting.
• You are in charge of the day-to-day business, transformation projects, and part of the group-wide international HR team with a direct reporting line to the CPO in Paris.
• In close consultation with the talent acquisition team, you set up employment contracts and accompany our new employees through the onboarding process.
• You think along with us and help our departing colleagues not to forget a single step in the offboarding process.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• You have two to three years of experience in a similar role and enjoy working in an international set-up as the person on the ground for our German company in the international group.
• You feel comfortable in the entire spectrum of HR work from employee support to benefits coordination and communication.
• You enjoy implementing projects and initiatives for your colleagues to further the culture and team spirit.
• You can converse fluently in German and English, and joke around with your colleagues during your lunch break. French language skills are a plus.
• A minimum of 3 days in the office is required.
