The role focuses on delivering a premium and personalized luxury experience to clients, guests and business partners at the front desk and showroom. Responsibilities
Welcome clients, guests and business partners, ensuring an exceptional and personalized luxury experience. Act as the first point of contact, representing the Brand with professionalism, elegance and discretion. Manage the reception area and ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standards. Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate appointments, meetings and showroom visits. Support the Sales Team with administrative and operational activities. Prepare meeting rooms and hospitality services for clients and VIP guests. Manage courier services, deliveries and general office administration. Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee an outstanding customer experience. Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk. Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service or Hospitality role, preferably within luxury retail, high-end hospitality or premium corporate environments. Fluent English and German mandatory; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance with outstanding presentation and etiquette. Strong customer-service mindset with a naturally welcoming attitude. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of discretion, reliability and attention to detail. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work from Monday to Saturday on rotation shifts
