Global Category Manager CapEx – Indirect Procurement
Reporting to the Head of Global Indirect Procurement, the Global Category Manager CapEx will lead optimization projects for capital expenses (CapEx) across the indirect procurement categories of Production Equipment, Construction, Facility Management and Laboratory. Key Responsibilities
Identify and execute global optimization projects for CapEx. Lead the complete commercial procurement process for the respective categories. Develop and implement group-wide category strategies for our international sites. Create a CapEx procurement community with regular exchange and best‑practice sharing. Drive adoption of the sourcing tool in Coupa across the entire procurement community. Build productive relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand business needs and implement a multi‑year plan to ensure optimal tendering of Siegfried’s spend. Qualifications
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience. Experience with e‑auctions and sourcing tools such as Coupa. Strong communication and presentation skills. Business Administration degree with strong technical acumen (engineering background preferred). Strong project‑management skills. Demonstrated strength in critical thinking and business‑case development. Benefits
