Your Role

  • Ensure that necessary technical inspections and maintenance measures are planned and carried out optimally, taking economic and safety aspects into account, on the following machines and assets: electrical supply systems, basic supply facilities (PW, WFI, VE, steam, gas, ventilation), technical service premises, electrical devices according to DGUV‑V3, calibrated equipment, measurement/ control/ regulation systems and aggregates, filling systems, optical inspection and packaging machines, building technical equipment (alarm systems, doors, gates and other devices).
  • Support activities related to the validation of processes and qualification of equipment and machinery; implement structural measures; participate in the installation and commissioning of new installations and machinery.
  • Coordinate shift‑to‑shift with team members, shift coordinators, and possibly team leaders to ensure continuous production and maximum equipment availability.
  • Detect and resolve defects and operational disturbances, acting independently and escalating to supervisors or responsible persons when necessary.
  • Maintain technical and legal knowledge through independent planning and proposing suitable training and development measures.
  • Control and order necessary spare parts and auxiliary supplies.
  • Coordinate the deployment of external technicians to ensure the continuous technical functionality of equipment.
  • Ensure that technical areas remain clean, technically sound and safe at all times.
  • Carry out maintenance, inspection and testing of production equipment and tools efficiently and cost‑effectively.
  • Perform DGUV‑V3 inspections of ladders and steps, gas suppression systems, sprinkler systems and emergency generators.
  • Supervise and accept the work of external service providers with GMP compliant documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, occupational safety, environmental protection, legal and documentation regulations and EHS measures within the area of responsibility.

Your Profile

  • Training as electrician, plant electrician, energy plant electrician or mechatronics engineer; preferably several years of professional experience.
  • Ideally experience in the pharmaceutical or a similar industry.
  • Training as a ladder and step supervisor is an advantage.
  • Training as a boiler operator is a plus.
  • Experience in DGUVV3 measurements is advantageous.
  • Training as a sprinkler technician is a plus.
  • Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form.
  • Basic English in spoken and written form.
  • Independent and responsible working style.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of MS‑Office and SAP is desirable.
