As a Team Lead, you will ensure that we work optimally with our partners in packaging production and develop innovative solutions for efficient and sustainable supply chains with your team. As Team Lead Operative Supply Chain (m/f/d), you will play a key role in developing our supply chain structures. You will lead and develop your team, establish efficient digital and scalable processes, and focus on automation and data-driven solutions to guarantee the best customer experience. You will also scrutinize existing structures and actively drive the digital transformation of our supply chain.

1. You will lead the operational SCM team, develop your employees, actively drive target achievement, and support solution finding.
2. You will maintain business relationships with our packaging production partners based on performance reviews, forecasts, material stocks, or new product developments.
3. You will identify process optimization potential and actively shape digitalization and efficiency improvements across the supply chain.
4. You will monitor supply chain capacity and performance, identify bottlenecks, and develop action plans.
5. You will oversee quality assurance and manage supplier claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with standards.
6. You will contribute to the company\’s success through analyses and special projects.
7. You will manage planning and execution of annual inventory and internal supply chain audits, ensuring smooth processes.
8. You will develop and coordinate the strategic roadmap for SCM activities.
9. You should have at least 6 years of experience in supply chain management.
10. You should possess strong organizational skills and practical experience with project management tools.
11. You should have proven expertise in supplier and partner management.
12. A background in the packaging industry or tech/e-commerce is preferred.
13. You should be fluent in German and English.
14. You are a team player with high motivation and independence.
15. You have leadership experience managing small teams, setting clear goals, and motivating team members.
